Subscriptions We will accept refunds if an account has not yet been activated and login credentials have not been used. Refunds will only be issued for less than 30 days prior to the date a payment was made. We won’t provide credit for partial-month membership periods, nor do we prorate partial-months. We are not responsible for any fees incurred in issuing a refund. If the original form of payment is no longer active a refund likely cannot be issued.
