Refunds will only be issued for less than 30 days prior to the date a payment was made. We won’t provide credit for partial-month membership periods, nor do we prorate partial-months. We are not responsible for any fees incurred in issuing a refund. If the original form of payment is no longer active a refund likely cannot be issued.
