Subscriptions We will accept refunds if an account has not yet been activated and login credentials have not been used. If we can verify an account hasn’t been accessed since the time since it was subscribed then we may issue a refund. This policy is capped at 30 days. Refunds will only be issued for less than 30 days prior to the date a payment was made. We won’t provide credit for partial-month membership periods, nor do we prorate partial-months. We are not responsible for any fees incurred in issuing a refund. This includes fees from our processor, your credit card company, your bank, etc. Should a refund be issued it will only be returned to the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is no longer active a refund likely cannot be issued. Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
